With stay-at-home orders wracking countries around the world, you might find yourself slipping from a nutritious diet. One Russian nutritionist has urged citizens to be mindful of what they're drinking these days.
According to Marina Makisha, the danger comes from sugary drinks, like fruit juices and soda, including the Russian favorite, kvas. Water is the best bet. Warm drinks such as coffee and tea should be consumed in small quantities.
We're surprised she didn't mention the elephant in the room: alcohol. Perhaps this is due to recent restrictions on buying the stuff. Or, maybe, its lack of healing properties.
