High Six!

High Six!
Perhaps the designer was looking for the man who killed his father? pearlkuz.ru, via Lenta.ru

Prokopyevsk's new seal made waves this week by portraying a saint with six fingers.

The town of about 200,000, located in Siberia near the country's border with Mongolia and Kazakhstan, revamped its city seal to feature Saint Procopius of Ustyug, the medieval miracle worker for whom the city is named. At the time of the seal's initial publication, however, the image of the saint had an extra digit.

The city was quick to fix the error, and reported that the six-fingered version was an older prototype posted by mistake. Best guess? The designer was working from home when his cat ran over his mouse.
