Zahar Davydov

Zahar Davydov was born in Kiev. In 1991, he and his family emigrated to Israel, where he earned his PhD in 1995 at Hebrew University. He is founder and co-editor of the journal, Toronto Slavic Quarterly. He has written eight books on Voloshin, co-authored with Vladimir Kupchenko, as well as numerous other works. Davydov is currently Visiting Professor of Russian Literature at the University of Toronto.
