Mikhail Mordasov

MIKHAIL MORDASOV was born in Novgorod and educated as a lawyer. Yet, after taking up photography during his military service, he shifted his professional goals to photojournalism. Since 2009 he has lived in Sochi and worked as a freelance photographer in both the future Olympic city and the wider Caucasus region. He was one of two journalists on the recent Spine of Russia project.
