The St. Petersburg-Velikie Luki train (with special “Pskov carriages”) leaves at about 5:30 pm from Vitebsky Train Station and arrives in Pskov at about 11 pm the same day.

The rooms are clean, have cable TV and the service is adequate. Singles are about 450 rubles ($15), the price for foreigners is the same.
