Include all the specifics of your event below. Fields with an asterix (*) are required. Please DO NOT use ALL CAPS in any place on this form.

PLEASE NOTE: if you try to upload an image file that is larger than our specified limit, your entry will not be accepted by our server. Our recommendation: (1) Downsize your file to 600x400 pixels, then (2) use tinyjpg.com to make your image as small as possible. Then you will be able to submit and upload without any problems.

NOTES

SINGLE-DAY EVENTS If your event takes place on a single day, leave the start date field blank (that is only for multiple-day events).

EVENTS IN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS ~ DIFFERENT PROGRAMS If you have an event (concert tour, for example) that is happening in multiple locations over a period of time, and the program is different at each location, then each location must be its own entry.

EVENTS IN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS ~ SAME PROGRAM If you have an event that is happening in multiple locations over a period of time, and the program is the same or essentially the same at each location, then create just one entry. For the required fields, enter the following:

Venue: Traveling
Street Address: Varies
City: Multiple Cities
State: US (or two letter abbrev. for other country)

EVENTS OVER MULTIPLE DAYS Whether the performance/appearance dates are consecutive or not, enter the first performance as the start date and the last performance as the end date. Then you should link to one ticketing page for all events. You can indicate in the description what days within the span of dates are performance dates.

FESTIVAL? If your event is a festival, meaning multiple things happening in one day or over a weekend, you should enter this as a single event over a multi-day span and provide explanation or listing of different events in the description.

PHOTOS Every listing MUST have a photo. If you do not provide one, we will add a generic one. Optimal size for your photo is 400x600 pixels at 72 dpi. Our system will reject your photo if it is over 1 megabyte in size. And it MUST be a jpg file.
