What We Do

At Russian Life, we are committed to supporting causes that protect our natural environment, promote arts and education, and help those in greatest need.

We share here some of the causes we support (in kind and with monetary contributions) not to toot our own horn, but to suggest organizations that our customers and friends may also find worthy of support.

Montpelier High School ~ we support the local high school's annual effort to host a substance-free post graduation event.

PH International ~ we have had an association with this amazing non-profit since 1990. Originally known as Project Harmony, it set up some of the first US-Soviet youth exchanges and continues to actively promote US-Russian collaboration, educational and professional exchange.

Russian Arts Foundation ~ supporting the Russian National Orchestra and the promotion of cross-cultural arts exchange.

Vermont Food Bank ~ gathers and shares quality food and nurtures partnerships so that no one in Vermont will go hungry.

Vermont Humanities Council ~ providing humanities and literacy programs throughout the state, including grants, book discussions, and family literacy programs.

Vermont Land Trust ~ working to conserve productive, recreational, and scenic lands which give Vermont and its communities their rural character.

Washington County Youth Service Bureau (Boys and Girls Club of Vermont) ~ provides a wide range of programs to empower and enrich the lives of youth and families.
